Customer Account Manager

The Role:

A fast-paced, office-based position focused on developing customer relationships and supporting sales activity. As Customer Account Manager, you'll handle incoming enquiries, manage orders, update CRM records, and liaise with suppliers for quotations. There's also occasional opportunity to visit customer sites, adding variety to your week.

Requirements:

· Around 5 years' experience in a high-level customer service role (B2B or B2C)

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Confident, engaging telephone manner

· Comfortable using IT systems and CRM tools

· A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment

The Package:

· £33,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DoE)

· Private healthcare

· 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
