The Role:

We are seeking a motivated HubSpot expert to support growth through the effective use of first-party data and optimized email marketing and automation strategies. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, passionate about digital marketing, and knowledgeable about user journeys, data structure, segmentation, and tagging within CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a clear data strategy for effectively using first-party data.
  • Provide day-to-day support with data uploads, tagging, and managing new data within the CRM.
  • Build targeted marketing lists for email campaigns and track engagement and response rates.
  • Develop, test, and implement automated user journeys in HubSpot to nurture, engage, and generate quality leads for the sales team.
  • Analyze and report on automation performance, offering actionable recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
  • Oversee data integrity within the CRM, including data import management, cleanup, and deduplication efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing director to identify areas for system, process, and data improvements, and drive optimization efforts.
  • Take ownership of delivering data-driven marketing KPIs and reporting to the wider business.
  • Implement strategies for each project, providing feedback on their effectiveness.
  • Partner with the marketing team and other departments to create, enhance, and maintain reports within HubSpot.
  • Ensure adherence to UK-GDPR principles and data protection standards.

Skills, Attributes, and Experience:

  • Expertise in HubSpot.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
  • Proficient with tools such as CMS systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
  • A strong understanding of data protection and compliance requirements.
  • Experience setting up and managing automation flows in HubSpot or other similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a similar numerical discipline (preferred).
