The Company: Our client have a history spanning back more than 150 years and are a genuine market leader in the industry. They have a superb product offering, excellent technical support, and a very knowledgeable sales force.. their brand is one of the most recognised in their product category. They have excellent training & development infrastructures in place to ensure you are well inducted in your first six months.
They manufacture a range of products sold to the M&E market. You team will be working on getting the product specified, following through with the contractors and installers then back selling through merchants.
The Role: As the Country Manager for Ireland, you will be responsible for revenue growth throughout the island. You will manage a team of Business Development Managers and a support team.
This is a high-profile role within the company group as they are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills that can steer the ship and drive the business forward. They have a superb brand name behind them however, in one product category especially, there is room for growth and a new business strategy is in place.
You will have P&L responsibility and report to the executive board. This is a high-profile role due the opportunity for growth within the Irish business which will result in an elevated position within the group , globally.
Strong leadership skills are essential. You will be highly driven, and sales focussed and as such be able to lead from the front. You will steer the sales forward and be instrumental is designing and implementing the business strategy in Ireland. You must be comfortable in being in front of the customer too, this is not a desk job.

Previous experience within the M&E industry is highly desirable as is an understanding of their route to market. You may be currently selling pumps, values, heating, plumbing, HVAC, Heat pumps, or any similar product range,

The Package: Whilst the salary is negotiable, we are expecting to pay a base salary between €90,000 to €130,000. A bonus, company car and other benefits are on offer.
