Clinical Support Specialist

Our client, who is established over 50 years and works with well-known brands worldwide, is currently looking to expand their Cork based team. The company covers various sectors including Orthopaedics, Sleep, Pain Management etc. They provide great quality products that aid in supporting numerous sorts of respiratory conditions. They currently have a need for a registered nurse who is positive and patient oriented. As part of the Sleep Apnoea team, you will be operating sleep studies within a hospital environment and educating patients on the use of products. This requires excellent presentation and communication skills. Renowned as a great place to work, our clients culture prioritises providing their customers with high standard products and services.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse looking to take on the role of Clinical Support Specialist. Any previous respiratory training is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided, along with continuous support from the team.
The role includes many responsibilities such as providing support, educating patients on the products, and following up with these patients to ensure their satisfied with the product. You will also conduct sleep studies for patients relating to the equipment.
You will be advising patients and doctors, providing patients with assistance in follow up clinics, liaising with physicians, technicians, and nurses within hospital environments, and presenting educational training workshops in relation to the products. Our client requires an individual who is committed to supplying top quality products and patient focused services.
This role is Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week with ability to work from home.
THE PERSON
The candidate most suitable to fill this role must:
- Be a registered nurse.
- Experience in respiratory areas or sales is preferred, but not essential.
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Pay attention to detail while planning and prioritising tasks.
- Take initiative.
An individual who values teamwork by contributing, co-operating, and encouraging will be at a great advantage. Full clean driving licence is essential.
PACKAGE
- Salary: €40,000 - €45,000
