This division of the company specializes in a portfolio of continuous renal replacement equipment, consumables, and support services, meaning that a rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a suitably qualified and experienced clinical professional to help with growth by increasing optimization, sales and usage of products across Ireland.
THE ROLE: Reporting into the National Clinical Sales Manager and working closely alongside a Business Development Manager to increase usage as Clinical Support Specialist, yours is a vital role within the company's field-based team and you will be collaborating with clinicians within renal, ITU and ICU environments - training, educating, supporting trials and implementations etc. This is a sales and clinical education role, so the position has KPI's and targets that mean we are looking for someone commercial.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Due to the highly specialist clinical nature of the role, we are ideally looking for candidates with a renal background, OR if candidates are from an ICU/ ITU setting with commercial experience, then you will be considered. You need to hold an active PIN. Ideally, you will also have some sales experience, but a registered nurse with renal experience looking to break into sales will also be considered.
The Package for Clinical Therapy Specialist:
· Basic: €45,000 to €55,000 DOE
· Bonus: 30% uncapped
