Field Based Sales and Clinical Education Specialist

The Job: This is a Sales and Clinical Education Specialist within a newly established Obstetrics (OB) commercial structure. This position combines sales expertise with clinical education support, enabling healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality patient care through an innovative OB product portfolio. As part of a collaborative and high‑performing team, you will play a key role in driving growth while supporting clinicians in improving patient outcomes.

This role is an integral part of the UK sales team, supporting the commercial structure by delivering both sales activity and clinical education across the South‑East and London.

The successful candidate will ideally have a midwifery background and experience providing clinical training in either NHS or commercial settings.
Key responsibilities include; driving sales growth, delivering high‑quality clinical education, building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, providing product demonstrations and in‑theatre support, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that promotes long‑term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Nursing or midwifery qualification (UK)
  • Must have experience within obstetrics/gynaecology

The Package for Sales and Clinical Education Specialist:

  • Basic salary of £40,000-£50,000
  • OTE: 40% (uncapped)
  • 27 days of holiday + bank holidays
