THE ROLE: As Clinical Advisor, the successful candidate will be helping to look after key clinical relationships with Tissue Viability Nurses, District Nurses, Practice Nurses and Vascular Nurses, Podiatrists, leg ulcer clinics etc, as well as working closely and strategically alongside your colleagues in sales to implement new pathway adoptions. The role is very much a hybrid role of clinical and commercial responsibilities in the community and acute working with wound care and compression products. Full product training will be given and career and earning potential are very attractive indeed, especially as the company continues to grow.
THE COMPANY: Exciting times for this well-established, continually growing organisation who provide competitively priced, quality products. They supply a range of wound care, bandaging and compression hosiery products for use within primary and secondary care environments and they are currently seeking to recruit a charismatic, credible relationship builder to provide clinical support, education and training to their customers within the West Midlands & Northwest Territory. Most time will be spent within the West Midlands, hence they want the successful candidates to be living there.
REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking candidates with experience in wound care and compression who also possess strong commercial acumen. Ideally, applicants will have a background in sales or business development within this field. However, we also welcome applications from individuals with a clinical background who are eager to transition into a commercial role. In such cases, a solid understanding of wound care and compression is essential. Also full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
THE CULTURE: A great place to work - a genuinely patient-focused company who care about the people they employ and their customers. They sell on clinical evidence, and this has aided their continued growth and expansion.
