Location: Kildare | Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 DOE + Pension & Benefits

The Company

A well-established and growing food manufacturing business supplying major customers across domestic and international markets. Operating within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and supply chain excellence, with continued investment in its procurement and commercial teams.

The Role

This is a key commercial role within the supply chain team, focused on sourcing, supplier management, and market analysis across core product categories.

• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and pricing negotiations
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing in line with production needs
• Analyse market trends, pricing movements, and supply risks
• Support pricing strategies through data and market insights
• Work closely with sales, production, and R&D teams
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Support wider procurement and supply chain activities as required

The Person

• Experience in a buying, procurement or supply chain role
• Background in food, FMCG or related sectors (meat experience beneficial but not essential)
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Good analytical ability with confidence working with data
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• €50k - €70k salary depending on experience
