We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for an up-and-coming B2B salesperson to join our client, a flexible staffing platform provider. They are a Series-C funded business on a mission to continue their exponential growth in the UK market through a combination of new business acquisition and the expansion of their existing client base.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for researching new prospective clients, conducting sales outreach through a combination of cold-calling, emails and LinkedIn, and undertaking initial discovery conversations with decision makers. The key goal of the BDR is to book in highly qualified meetings for the BDM team, and to shadow those meetings and any subsequent product demonstrations or negotiation.

The ideal candidate will have:

· 1 year of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced, office based environment

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, resilience, drive and a competitive edge

· A passion for working in a high-growth, scale-up business

· Previous experience in either the retail, hospitality, or logistics industries is a bonus

Salary and Benefits:

· Basic salary: £30,000

· Commission: 15k in year 1 (50% of basic salary)

· 25 days holiday + bank holidays

· Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office (Tues/Weds/Thurs)
