We're hiring a Business Development Representative to join a successful team in Trafford, focused on winning new business with independent care homes and smaller care groups across the UK.

You'll be responsible for generating new opportunities, opening accounts, introducing a broad healthcare product portfolio, and qualifying larger opportunities for the field sales team.
We're looking for someone with previous new business telesales experience, strong communication skills, resilience, and a genuine drive to succeed in a target-led environment.
📍 Office-based, Manchester (5 days per week)
