The Company: This is a European leading textile rental services company, who have been operating for over 100 years. They are expanding their new business sales team and are actively recruiting nationally due to growth. They pride themselves on having a people culture which is clearly reflected in the longevity of their employees as well as setting themselves apart from their competition with high standards of customer service and developing long term customer relationships. They are currently looking to recruit Business Development Managers across England, you will be given full training and industry experience is not essential.
The Role: As the new Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities within a variety of sectors such as automotive, engineers, printers etc. You will have support from the telesales team to provide you with some prebooked appointments but you will have full control of the sales process.
We are looking for sales candidates who meet the following criteria:
- You will have a cold calling / door knocking background in selling a service
- You will ideally have a sold a contractual service
- You will definitely possess a new business mentality and enjoy going out and winning new opportunities
- You need to have bags of personality and energy
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
OR are you a proven front of house within the hospitality sector and looking for your first step into field sales, we would also like to speak with you as we sell workwear into the HORECA market!
Package:
Basic salary: £25,000 rising to £28,000 after probation
Bonus: OTE of £42,000
With a Choice of a Company Car (Hybrid) or Car Allowance of: £4800, Pension, Healthcare, Fuel Card and Tablet
