THE COMPANY: An innovative international organisation who continue to enjoy healthy growth thanks to a strong product pipeline and a responsiveness to customer needs and feedback. They provide a premium quality range of devices, equipment and ancillaries to orthopaedic theatre environments and they are currently seeking to recruit an energetic, driven and credible relationship builder to manage and grow their business within the Southwest Area.

THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager the successful candidate will enjoy an autonomous role in which they will be managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within theatre and procurement environments, selling very much on surgeon and patient benefits. Candidates must have a proven, documented and successful medical field sales background ideally into hospitals. Whilst theatre experience would be of benefit, those from a wound care sales background or other medical consumables backgrounds will also be considered. Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are industry leading.

The Package for Territory Sales Manager:

  • Basic: £40,000 to £45,000
  • Commission: £50,000-£70,000 uncapped
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or allowance £550pcm
