Business Development Manager - Ophthalmic Sales

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience + £40,000 uncapped commission & £550 monthly car allowance

THE COMPANY: Our client manufactures high-quality energy devices with incredible speed, comfort and quality used for elevating dry eye management. They encourage entrepreneurship and a fun working environment, no micromanagement and non-corporate. Due to a rapid growth and increased demand of their products, they are currently recruiting a polished, consultative, and driven sales professional to cover their lucrative London territory!

THE ROLE: As an ophthalmology territory manager, the successful candidate will be selling their medical devices and capital equipment to private practices and multi-speciality clinics. Typical decision makers you will liaise with include optometrists, ophthalmologists and key opinion leaders. This is a field based role covering the London, you will be customer facing.

Candidates must have a proven track record within medical sales for a period of 2 years or more, preferably selling capital equipment or devices.

Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are genuinely exciting. You must have a driving licence.

The Package:

  • Basic: £45,000 to £50,000
  • Bonus £40,000 uncapped commission paid quarterly
