Business Development Manager - Oncology

Territory - South West + South East England (everything south of Birmingham)

Products - Electrochemotherapy equipment and associated accessories.

Targeting- NHS hospitals. Interventional radiologists, oncology consultants, radiologists, specialist nurses, EBME.

Package - Basic salary from £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience, £15,000 bonus per year (uncapped), car allowance of £580 per month, 25 days annual leave, healthcare, pension.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of unique oncology equipment and devices into NHS hospitals. The products are backed by strong clinical data from years of clinical trials and on-going clinical usage, and make a huge difference to the lives of patients undergoing cancer treatment. The product works by delivering impulses that open cell membranes, allowance chemotherapy drugs to target cancer cells and leave healthy cells alive. Thanks to continued innovation, the company have recently developed it for use in prostate and liver cancer treatment.

Day to day, you will work closely with oncologists, consultants, radiologist, surgeons and specialist nurses. Surgical procedures take around an hour. You will present to customers throughout the week, field based role securing new business. Developing a referral network for the therapy within specialist centres will be key to your success!

The Package:

  • Basic: £45,000 - 60,000
  • Annual bonus: £12,000 + 2% of sales if on target
