THE ROLE: The successful Business Development Manager will support their sales colleagues on a strategic basis and in doing so help to make great contributions to the division's continued growth and success, leveraging your skills to drive positive outcomes and achieve team and personal objectives. There is great opportunity to significantly develop the brand by implementing sales techniques through various routes to market. Working across 4 different therapy areas (wound care, respiratory, continence and IV) into a mix of clinical and commercial decision makers within hospital and community settings as well as key opinion leaders on a strategic basis within ICS / ICB and formulary spaces.
THE COMPANY: A medical devices company who continue to grow across a range of medical and consumable therapy areas. They are a well-known renowned company within the medical and healthcare space with at least one of their products in all UK trusts. They provide a range of consumable products within the 4 above therapy areas. They plan to further grow their product portfolio and team within the next 12 months. As such, an exciting opportunity currently exists for a strategic medical sales professional who is hungry, ambitious, driven, confident, resilient, patient and a 'go-getter' to develop and further grow business within the North of England.
REQUIREMENTS: Experience within medical devices sales, capital and consumables. Preferably consumables (due to the product portfolio). Wound care sales experience will enhance your application. The successful applicant will need to understand the NHS structure, how to approach these key opinion leaders and be resilient and an avid listener.

The Package for Business Development Manager:
- Basic: £43,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
- Bonus: £10,000
- Car: Car allowance plus generous mileage
