THE ROLE: As BDM for the East London region, the successful candidate will inherit a very well-established territory with excellent existing clinical relationships and newly won tenders to manage through. Working in field with a variety of clinical departments, there is a focus on upselling within existing NHS trusts as well as driving additional products outside of the traditional infusion portfolio. Some of these are specialist capital equipment and others are more consumables led so there is a need to be very commercially aware of the activity and potential spend in your region. Many of the products will involve pitching different purchasing options, rental and finance plans to NHS customers so training and support will be given on this. Candidates who have sold in this way or have a strong financial grasp, will have an advantage. Typical touch points in hospitals will and to surgical teams in theatre, critical care nurses, neonatal, anaesthetics, EBME and hospital pharmacy. Typical contact level will be nurses, ward managers, ODPs and engineers. Full product training will be provided and long-term career and earning prospects are attractive.

This division provide infusion pumps and consumables for use within hospital environments and an impending internal move means that they are currently seeking to recruit a suitably driven, organised, credible sales professional to drive business growth in the Kent, Sussex, Essex, Herts and East London region.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are interested in meeting with medical sales candidates who are looking for a new challenge or a commercially minded clinicians looking to break into sales.

Candidates must have a full clean driving licence.
