The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, driven, new business focussed and money motivated Business Development Manager to join this dynamic and forward-thinking business within the aesthetic healthcare industry. You will be responsible for selling cutting-edge, medically classified aesthetic equipment to plastic surgeons and medical professionals in private aesthetic clinics. This is a predominantly new business-focused role, requiring proactive outreach, cold calling, and following up on high-quality inbound leads.

Requirements:
- NEW BUSINESS FOCUSSED
- Field-based sales experience, ideally within aesthetics or a healthcare-related industry such as dental or dermatology
- OR related internal sales experience seeking a new challenge
- A strong, self-motivated attitude with the ability to drive new business and close deals
- Hardworking, money-motivated mentality with a passion for sales success
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package for Business Development Manager:
Basic salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Bonus: £30,000 OTE (paid quarterly) uncapped
Car allowance: £400 per month

This is a field-based role covering the M62 corridor, with the main focus on being where the practices are - Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool and Leeds
