The Role:
As a Senior Field Sales Representative, you will be selling security services to various types of commercial clients. You will be selling at senior management level to Managing Directors, Heads of Procurement etc. This is a high-profile role for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the security sector, offering excellent earning potential and career growth opportunities. The role is mainly field based and is covering 32 counties with occasional visits to the offices in Dublin required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, building a pipeline of opportunities
Identify and secure new business, while maintaining and growing existing accounts
Present and promote security solutions, providing tailored recommendations to meet client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless installation and after-sales support
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
The Person:
Proven experience in selling security products/services
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, managing your territory and sales pipeline effectively
