The Company:
A leading supplier of electrical products supporting projects in the renewable energy market. With a focus on quality, innovation, and reliability, they work with clients to provide products that meet the demands of energy-efficient and sustainable construction. They have ambitious growth plans in a fast growing industry and are currently looking to add to the sales team.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be selling electrical products into the growing renewable energy sector. This role is focused on new business development, targeting specialist installers, M&E contractors/consultants, and residential developers. The role will be heavily field based meeting with clients with some time working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with specialist installers, M&E contractors, consultants, and residential developers
- Promote and sell a range of electrical products, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in the electrical industry is preferred)
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on new business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a territory and sales pipeline effectively
- A background in electrical or related technical industries is an advantage but not essential

- Competitive base salary of €55,000 - €70,000
