Field Sales Representative - Environmental & Sustainability Sales

€45-50K Base Salary | Bonus | Company Car

The Company:

A trusted provider of waste management services, offering tailored solutions to help businesses manage their waste efficiently and sustainably. They work with clients across various sectors to reduce costs, improve environmental performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. They are market leaders with a multi million annual turnover.


The Role:

They are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join a growing team, selling waste management solutions on site across the Leinster region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B field sales professional to work with a market-leading provider of sustainable and efficient waste solutions. You will be selling to facility managers and maintenance managers for clients from a variety of industries. This role is mainly field based with occasional visits to the office required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and maintenance managers on-site
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts
  • Promote the company's waste management solutions, presenting tailored options to meet client needs
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client requirements
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B field sales (experience selling to the construction sector is a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, managing a territory and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Full, clean driving licence
