Role and Company
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for growing new business revenue by converting leads passed to you by the tele sales team! You will spend the majority of your time in the field, setting up and attending client meetings.
The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for training clients, distributors and dealers via live demos. This is the perfect opportunity for a driven sales person looking to move from Hospitality to a Business Development sales role.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate 20% growth on new business from self-generated leads, 80% of leads received from telesales to be converted
- Visit potential clients in your territory and convert the opportunity
Requirements
- Background in hospitality (preferred) and / or sales experience in the food and beverage industry (1 - 2 years)
- B2C sales / Ex chef would also be a great fit for this role
- Passion, desire, tenacity and willingness to learn
