JOB: A fantastic sales opportunity exists within a growing healthcare SME. As Area Manager for the Midlands region you will you will work across three established product areas and seek opportunities to upsell, cross well and maximise the business presence in ENT, reconstructive plastics and Otology. They have excellent training, product support and clinical trainers to provide education and technical support but candidates will need to demonstrate a passion and aptitude for learning technical products and absorbing clinical information. Typical touch points in the NHS will include surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, ENT consultants, speech and language therapists and nurses. Tasked with growing an existing account base, this is an involved, hands on role with daily travel across the Midlands region. Someone who has sold across multiple departments in hospitals and who can network, upsell and cross- sell effectively within NHS trusts is a great asset in this role
For this Area Sales Manager role, we are looking for the following:
- Technical product or a solution sales into hospitals
- At least 4 years of territory management experience
- Able to build long lasting relationships
- Ability to sell across a varied portfolio
- Clinically driven sales person or an experienced clinician wanting a commercial role.
The Package for Area Sales Manager:
- Basic: up to £60k (depending on experience)
- Commission of £25k (uncapped)
- Company car
