THE ROLE: As Account Manager, the successful candidate will manage, develop and grow a large referral base of patients through high street opticians and optometry practices, promoting the company's cataract services, referral pathways and five-star purpose-built hospitals with excellent patient benefits. As the first point of contact for both existing and prospective referrers, you will be responsible for growing your referral base by maintaining and building strong and robust customer relationships with key opinion leaders within high-street opticians and optometry practices. As part of your role, you will also visit referral management centres and GP at their practices where appropriate. Also, you will promote and assist in co-ordinating our hospital optometrist events and assisting customers with their CPD. Full company training will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS:
· At least two years' experience in field sales with a stable track record
· Medical / healthcare sales experience not essential but will help
· Ability to pass a DBS check, cleanly, upon offer of employment
· Relationship builder
· Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package for Account Manager:
· Basic: £35,000
· Bonus £18,000
· £5,000 Car Allowance plus generous mileage
