THE ROLE: The successful applicant will be covering the South-Central region. A home and field-based position, selling to sterile services, consultants, EBME, theatre managers and procurement. You'll be representing a range of surgical instruments and sterile capital equipment. This role will involve lots of business development, you will benefit from leads and referrals based on the brand's reputation. You will also be tasked with lead generation and developing solid business plans to execute strategic within the division. You'll be targeted on sales objectives and site audits. Focusing on value proposition, not a transactional sell!

THE PRODUCTS: General surgery instruments, sterile technology services - medical capital equipment and consumables.

THE REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a proven and successful track record selling into hospitals, preferably surgical. We are looking for strong business acumen, strategic mindsets, planners and problem solvers!

THE TERRITORY: South Central - OX, RG, SO, PO, RH, SL, HP, LU.

The Package for Territory Manager:

  • Basic: £45,000 - 55,000 depending on experience, there may be some flexibility
  • Commission: £24,000 uncapped
  • Fully expensed company car - no allowance option
