Business Development Manager - London

The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, ambitious, target-focused Business Development Manager, with a growth mindset, to join our client - a boutique professional laundry service provider, whose key customers are high end establishments within the HORECA, Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, Health Care and Hospitality Sector.

They are seeking an individual with huge amounts of charisma, energy and tenacity to support them in continuing their growth journey throughout London - adding to their already impressive list of clients within the aforementioned industries, and using their own initiative to identify and approach further relevant, thus far untapped markets that could benefit from our clients fantastic service.

This role offers a huge amount of variety and you will take a blended approach of working from home, being out in the field with customers & at the company offices & production site in South London.

You will build your prospect list utilising a number of different sources including a CRM database of target customers, Zoom Info and following up on incoming enquiries, as well as conducting your own research, and will be able to demonstrate multiple methods of outreach when prospecting potential new customers including social media, phone calls and emails.

In this role you will deal with a range of different decision makers from Managing Director & Owners, to Hospitality & Catering Managers, so you will need to be highly adaptable in your approach.

Requirements: To be considered for the Business Development Manager role you must:

* Have a proven track record in new business sales - a minimum of 12 months field based experience is required.

* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of a typical sales process and how to build prospect lists.

* Attitude and personality is the most important thing for our client! You must be motivated, ambitious, resilient and tenacious, with high energy levels, and fantastic relationship building skills.

The Package for Business Development Manager

* Basic salary up to £35k-£45k, with huge earning potential (£12k year 1 uncapped)

* Mobile phone, Company Credit Card for work related travel, Laptop, Pension

* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
