Business Development Manager - Safer People Handling, Birmingham

The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will generate new business through promoting safer people handling training accreditation to businesses. You will be prospecting across all industries who require this type of training, such as, Care sector, Training providers, Airlines etc. Many businesses spend huge amounts of money on training, your solution will mean companies can provide the training themselves. As the Business Development Manager, you will also get to manage the relationships with clients you on board, providing continued support, updated training courses and maximising revenue where possible. This is a role where you are making a difference to people by ensuring that they are receiving a high level of the correct handling.

Requirements:

  • 2 years+ B2B Experience
  • Must have consultative sales experience
  • Go Getter attitude, hunter mentality
  • Patient with longer lead cycles

The Package:

  • £32,750 Basic
  • Up to £8,000 OTE (paid quarterly)
