Business Development Manager

THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling recycling solutions into commercial office environments. You will be responsible for selling a new piece of technology which enables its users to assess their waste usage and cut the amount of waste they produce. The role will be new business focused to begin with but may develop into more of a hybrid role over time.

THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Business Development Manager you must have solution sales experience and be able to present at board level to C-Level clients. You will be a hardworking, commercially astute candidate with an ambitious attitude towards your career. Full product training will be provided so experience within this market is not essential. Your ambition, drive, and desire to succeed, will also make you the ideal candidate for this role.

Our client is looking for massive growth in the UK over the next 5 years. Our client is committed to improving the sustainability and lowing the amount of waste its customers produce. All of their commercial bins are fully recyclable.


  • Basic: up to £55,000
  • Commission: OTE £20,000
