Location: Blackfriars, London - 3 days per week in the office
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, OTE £65,000 - £70,000

The Role: An opportunity to join a rapidly growing, lively and ambitious business, looking to hire a Business Development Manager immediately. You will be selling business information products to the mining industry. You will be working on one of the leading business intelligence platforms, developing new business and maintaining client relationships primarily over the phone and conducting demos online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell subscription services to businesses in the mining industry
  • Presenting online product demonstrations
  • Cold calling, lead sourcing to generate new business leads
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ensuring KPI's are met
  • Full responsibility of the sales cycle and closing business

  • Ideally a proven track record of success in business development with experience selling software or SaaS solutions
  • B2B sales role whereby you have managed the full sales cycle and closed business
  • Must be well presented, intelligent, articulate, excellent communicator and new business driven
