- Basic: £40,000- £45,000
- Bonus: £12,000 - £18,000 OTE (uncapped)
The Role: The recent COVID-19 pandemic proved to the world how important elderly care is. Since COVID-19, our client's award winning care events portfolio has grown by double figures each year! As such, our client is looking to expand their business development function to keep up with demand. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering personal sales targets.
Progression: Led by an extremely supportive, hungry and personable manager, the Business Development Manager will benefit from one-to-one coaching and training, as well as shadowing other team members. Due to the portfolio's rapid growth, the Business Development Manager will join the team at a unique time, benefiting from a growth market. The successful Business Development Manager can enjoy a clear and realistic progression plan, progressing to Sales Manager, Show Manager and eventually Event Director!

Requirements: To be a Business Development Manager in this exciting, well-established, and fast-growing company, you will have:
- 3+ years of B2B new business sales experience.
- Can show consistent success.
- Previous experience selling exhibitor stand space and sponsorship revenue packages is desirable but not required.
