Salary: up to £45k basic + OTE £25k (uncapped)
This is a fantastic position for a new business salesperson who is looking to develop their B2B sales skills within a growing and collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a competitive but determined team to increase exposure of their solutions within schools. Taking ownership of the sales process, you will conduct demonstrations and manage the end-to-end process. You will be joining a people centric culture of driven individuals that invest in learning, progression and development.

As a BDM, you will be responsible for:
- Selling their top 3 software solutions into schools in Sheffield
- Speaking to key decision makers within education
- Career progression opportunities
- Lead demos with prospective clients in offering a solution to their pain points.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling B2B software, SaaS, or education products.
- Confident in your sales process and experience closing your own deals.
- Comfortable selling complex solutions and conducting demos to prospective clients.
- Tenure in company of a minimum of 2 years
- Happy doing outbound outreach.
- You are a focus, driven, confident and credible individual.

Package:
- Up to 45k basic salary
- OTE: 25k uncapped.
