The Role: This role is a unique opportunity to join a growing start-up, and contribute to further expansion whilst gaining experience through exposure to core industries of the UK economy. As a Business Development Manager will lead the full 360 sales cycle. You will take initiative to supplement the leads and meetings scheduled by your SDR team with your own lead generation. You are encouraged to create new sales approaches and to develop partnerships. You are given the opportunity to take on a leadership position and nurture younger employees.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in R & D tax consulting is desirable
  • 2+ years B2B New business closing experience.
  • Able to work in a high-paced, outbound sales environment.
  • Track record of B2B sales success
