Location: Leinster-focused (with coverage across Munster and parts of the Midlands)
Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 + Bonus (OTE +20%) + Company Vehicle & Benefits

The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join a high-performing commercial team. This is a field-based role focused on developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships within the construction and industrial sectors.
You will play a key role in expanding market share and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of large-scale clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business across construction, pharma, tech, and industrial sectors
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including project managers and directors
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Deliver sales targets through proactive business development
- Promote a wide range of access equipment and machinery solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
About You
- Proven experience in business development or field sales
- Background in selling into construction, engineering, or industrial markets
- Strong track record of winning new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Comfortable managing a large territory and working remotely
