Location: Leinster-focused (with coverage across Munster and parts of the Midlands)

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 + Bonus (OTE +20%) + Company Vehicle & Benefits

With a strong reputation and significant growth plans, the company operates a large fleet of equipment and serves Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors across multiple sectors.


The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join a high-performing commercial team. This is a field-based role focused on developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships within the construction and industrial sectors.

You will play a key role in expanding market share and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of large-scale clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new business across construction, pharma, tech, and industrial sectors
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including project managers and directors
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Deliver sales targets through proactive business development
  • Promote a wide range of access equipment and machinery solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction

About You

  • Proven experience in business development or field sales
  • Background in selling into construction, engineering, or industrial markets
  • Strong track record of winning new business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable managing a large territory and working remotely
