The Role - Territory Sales Manager
This is a field-based, full-time permanent position focused on driving new business growth across a commercially significant territory in the South of the UK. Operating in a consultative sales environment, the role centres on selling complex practice management software (PMS) into veterinary practices. You will lead detailed discovery processes, deliver in-depth product demonstrations, and engage multiple stakeholders to build trust and secure long-term partnerships. The role is weighted towards new business development (circa 70%), with additional responsibility for managing key customer relationships and handling escalations.
Location
Territory covers the South of the UK (Oxford, South East, South West). Candidates must be based south of Birmingham and be comfortable with regular travel, combining remote engagement with face-to-face meetings.
Requirements
* Proven experience in territory-based sales
* Background in selling veterinary products/services, or technology/software/complex solutions
* Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
* Self-motivated, commercially driven, and confident managing long sales cycles
The Package
* Basic salary of £40,000-£50,000
* On-target earnings of £15,000
