Field Sales Representative - (2 Roles Available) Territory: Kildare | Galway (ideally Galway City based)

THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established Irish business backed by a strong European group, with over 20 years of success in their market. With continued growth across Ireland, they are expanding their field sales team and looking to hire two Field Sales Representatives to cover key regions.

THE ROLE: This is a field-based territory sales role where you will spend the majority of your time out on the road, meeting clients and prospects face to face. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships across your territory.

You will cover either Kildare/Leinster or Galway, with a strong preference for the Galway role to be based in Galway City. When not visiting clients, you will have the flexibility to work from home.

You will be expected to manage your own pipeline, drive new business alongside maintaining existing accounts, and take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities across your region.

THE PERSON: We are looking for proven field sales professionals with a strong track record in B2B sales. You do not need to come from a specific sector - what matters is that you have experience managing a territory, selling face to face and delivering consistently against targets.

You should be commercially sharp, self-motivated and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. Strong relationship-building skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to manage your own pipeline are essential. A full, clean Irish driving licence is required.

For the Galway role, candidates should ideally be based in or around Galway City.

THE PACKAGE:

• Base Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 (DOE)
• Annual bonus: €10,000
