Business Development Manager

The Role: Working for a recognised brand in sanitaryware & bathroom manufacturing, covering the North West. Selling core ranges (sinks, toilets, baths, showers, taps) into non-residential projects including healthcare, education, hospitality and commercial builds. You will generate specifications with Architects & Interior Designers (5%) and drive sales via Contractors (95%), managing projects cradle to grave and breaking competitor specifications.

The Specification Sales Manager position will see you become a member of a team in the North of England where you will all benefit from dealing with National Contractors & Developers working across your different areas. You will be focussed on your top 50 projects at any one time and activity in this area is key.

Requirements:

* Construction sales understanding (non-residential)
* Strong communicator, organised, team player
* Full UK driving licence

Salary: Up to £40k DoE + 25% OTE + Hybrid Car + Pension + 25 days holiday
