The Role: BMS Performance are incredibly excited to be partnering with Dachser, a highly successful, market leading, global logistics business, who are seeking their next highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join their sales team focusing on providing their customers with world class European road groupage logistics solutions.
You'll drive new business and manage accounts, delivering tailored European road groupage solutions across sectors like fashion, DIY, chemicals, and medical. Build a strong pipeline using your network, supported by internal sales, while developing long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven road freight sales experience
- Strong new business and account management skills
- Driven, resilient, and self-motivated
- Able to work autonomously in a field-based role
