Field Sales Representative - Workwear & PPE (Industrial Focus)

Territory: Nationwide (Leinster & Midlands focus)

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 base + €12,000 commission | Company Car | Mobile | Laptop | Healthcare | Pension | 21 Days Leave

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a globally recognised market leader with over 50 years of success, known for delivering premium-quality workwear, PPE and safety solutions to industry professionals. Their products are widely regarded for durability, innovation and performance, particularly within demanding industrial environments.

With a strong and growing presence in Ireland, they are now expanding their field sales team and looking to appoint a Field Sales Representative to drive growth across key industrial and manufacturing sectors.

THE ROLE:

This is a fully field-based sales role focused on selling high-quality workwear and PPE solutions into industrial and manufacturing end users. This is not a construction-focused role - your customers will include factories, production facilities, logistics operations and industrial businesses.

You will be responsible for managing an existing customer base while placing a strong emphasis on developing new business opportunities across your territory. The role will involve regular travel, with the majority of activity focused across Leinster and the Midlands.

Key responsibilities include:

* Selling workwear, PPE and safety solutions to industrial and manufacturing clients

* Managing and growing existing customer relationships

* Identifying and developing new business opportunities

* Conducting on-site visits, product demonstrations and wearer trials

* Working closely with end users to understand safety and operational needs

* Managing your own pipeline and territory effectively

THE PERSON:

We are looking to speak with proven B2B field sales professionals, ideally with experience selling into industrial or manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will have:

Field sales experience within B2B environments

Experience selling PPE, workwear or industrial products is highly desirable

Strong ability to build relationships with end users

A proactive, driven, and target-focused mindset

The ability to work independently in a field-based role

This role will suit someone who enjoys being on the road, working directly with customers and developing long-term commercial relationships.

* Base Salary: €40,000 - €45,000
