THE ROLE: As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in opening up new business opportunities within NHS trusts and Integrated Care Systems across northern UK. Taking a "top-down" approach, the BDM will take responsibility for developing KOL and C-suite level contact networks to deliver new services to the NHS. In this senior sale role your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, supporting in securing strategic wins, stakeholder engagement and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:-

  • Strategic new business sales experience dealing with the NHS
  • Medical capital equipment sales experience
  • The ability to instigate changes in clinical practice
  • Experience of dealing with director level decision makers in acute trusts and ICB's
  • Extremely commercially switched on, polished, and highly organised

The package for the Business Development Manager

  • Basic: £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
  • OTE: £20,000 with plus additional commission
  • Car: Fully expensed company car (Polestar 2, Mercedes Benz GLA, VW Tiguan hybrid) or £5,500 car allowance.
  • Benefits: healthcare, 6% pension, 10x life assurance, lunch allowance, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats (increasing with service and ability to buy / sell 5 days)
