Business Development Manager
The Role of Business Development Manager - Process Control:
- Identify opportunities for sales growth within multi-site major food & beverage manufacturers
- Collaborate with marketing to devise effective marketing campaigns
- Attend exhibitions and conferences relating to food & beverage manufacturing
- Network and build relationships with relevant contacts within the food and beverage manufacturing industry at a senior level
- Collaborate with product management around market trends and requirements in the food and beverage manufacturing industry
- Stay up to date with food and beverage manufacturing standards and regulation
- Support the team of Area Sales Managers in growing sales within their food and beverage manufacturing customers by using your market expertise
- Able to travel to customer sites across the UK

For the Position of Business Development Manager - Process Control, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 4 years sales experience selling to major food and beverage manufacturers
- Selling technical mechanical or electrical products
- Structured, organised, sales trained and able to present complex solutions to customers
- A true team player who enjoys a collaborative work environment
- Driving licence and able to travel to customer sites across the UK
Benefits of this Business Development Manager - Process Control role:
o £50,000 - £56,000 basic salary
o OTE £14,000 bonus, uncapped, no threshold to begin earning bonus
