Business Development Manager

HR Advisory & Accreditation

UK (Remote - London Commutable)

£50-65K base + £10-15K OTE

  • Sell at C-suite level into some of the world's largest employers
  • Fully remote working
  • Remote role with structured, professional sales process

The Company

We're partnering with a globally recognised organisation that works with multinational businesses to assess, benchmark and improve their people and HR practices. Their accreditation is internationally respected and used by senior leadership teams to validate employer quality, maturity and long-term people strategy.

Established for over 30 years, the organisation certifies thousands of companies worldwide and operates at the highest end of the HR and people advisory market. Due to a team re-structure, they are now hiring a Business Development Manager to focus on winning new corporate clients in the UK.

There is no traditional office requirement, but candidates must be commutable to London for meetings and collaboration.

The Role

This is a new-business role focused entirely on winning high-value, enterprise-level clients. You'll be selling a consultative, insight-led accreditation and advisory service into organisations that genuinely value HR as a strategic discipline.

Rather than high-volume cold calling, this role centres on researched, targeted outreach, thoughtful conversations and long sales cycles. You'll engage senior HR leaders such as CHROs, CPOs and Global Heads of Talent, guiding them through a structured evaluation process and positioning the long-term value of accreditation and benchmarking.

Once deals are closed, accounts are passed to an Account Manager, allowing you to stay focused on business development. It's a role for someone credible, organised and comfortable operating at senior level in complex organisations.

Responsibilities:

  • Win new multinational corporate clients across the UK.
  • Sell a high-value accreditation and advisory service into C-suite HR leaders.
  • Run structured, insight-led sales cycles
  • Deliver highly researched, personalised outreach rather than cold calling.
  • Manage the full sales process from first conversation to close.
  • Work closely with regional leadership and peers across EMEA.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience selling into large, complex organisations.
  • Comfortable selling at C-suite level (CHRO, CPO, HRD).
  • Background in HR services, advisory or consulting
  • Highly professional, credible and confident in senior conversations.
  • Organised, structured and comfortable with longer sales cycles.
  • Able to work remotely while being commutable to London.

  • £50-65K base salary
  • £10-15K OTE (quarterly/annual structure).
  • Uncapped. 4% on all revenue, above threshold.
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
  • Pension, mobile, expenses.
  • Structured onboarding and development programme.
