The Company

We're partnering with a fast-growing automotive technology business that provides data, insight and reporting tools to car dealerships and dealer groups. The platform brings together sales, aftersales and financial data into a single dashboard, helping dealerships save time, improve decision-making and increase profitability.

The business is well funded, highly ambitious and part of a wider automotive fintech group. Following a recent acquisition the product is being scaled nationally, with strong backing, investment and a clear roadmap for growth.

The Role

This is a pure new-business sales role focused on selling a license-based SaaS product into UK car dealerships and dealer groups. You'll be responsible for building pipeline from scratch, leveraging warm introductions where possible, and running a consultative sales process from discovery through to close.

You'll sell into Aftersales Directors, Finance Directors and senior dealership stakeholders, uncovering pain points around reporting, visibility and operational efficiency. The product integrates with existing dealership systems, providing a clear ROI story around time savings and performance insight.

The role is remote, with one day per month in either Sheffield or London for team collaboration. You'll be trusted to manage your own activity, territory and pipeline, with regular coaching and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Win new dealership and dealer group customers across the South of the UK
  • Sell a subscription-based data and insight platform into automotive decision-makers.
  • Run full-cycle, consultative sales processes
  • Build pipeline through self-generated outreach and group-level introductions.
  • Position clear ROI around time saving, visibility and performance improvement.
  • Work closely with leadership and product teams as the platform scales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling SaaS, data, or technology solutions preferred.
  • Exposure to automotive, dealerships or adjacent sectors strongly advantageous.
  • Confident running discovery-led, consultative sales conversations.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

The Package

  • £45-55K base salary (flexibility for standout candidates).
  • £20K uncapped OTE (monthly commission).
