The Role

We're looking for a driven Senior Business Development Manager to join the team in Sale. This is a pure new‑business role for someone who thrives on hunting, cold calling, and building relationships from scratch.

This is a role with high purpose - you'll directly help organisations reduce crises, protect staff, and improve patient experiences.

About You

We'd love to speak with candidates who are:

  • Hungry, motivated sales hunters with a track record in new business.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and proactive lead generation.
  • Confident researching markets, identifying opportunities and problem‑solving.
  • Health & social care experience is a bonus, but not essential - training is provided.
  • Resilient, driven, and passionate about making a positive societal impact.

This organisation is a global leader with a clear mission: to help professionals manage disruptive and challenging behaviour safely, compassionately and effectively.

The team is passionate, supportive and mission‑led - with high job satisfaction and a genuine sense of purpose.
