Business Development Manager
The Role:
An exciting opportunity to become a Business Development Manager with the UK's leading manufacturer of ergonomic patient handling and moving and handling products. This field-based role covers London N/W, SW Surrey, Beds, Bucks, Ox, Northampton and Leicester, working closely with healthcare professionals to expand and strengthen market presence.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Establish and develop lasting relationships with customers.
- Analyse the market and plan strategic territory growth.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to groups of healthcare professionals.
- Work cross-functionally with the community patient handling sales team.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Report directly to the National Sales Manager.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Business Development Manager role, candidates must have:
- Experience working in healthcare, sales, or sports science.
- A background as a Physio, Occupational Therapist, or Physician Associate, ideally with patient handling expertise.
- A BA/BSc-level education is an advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant market experience.

- £35-£45K basic salary
- £15K uncapped OTE
