Business Development Manager
· Business Development Manager - Worcester - 5 days in the office initially.
· Training & Consultancy to MoD / Central Government / Corporate & Healthcare
· £40,000pa to £50,000pa + £10k - £15k OTE

- Training & Consultancy Provider operating nationally are now growing by 2 account managers as part of the growth plans for 2025.
- Since 1991, the company fulfils training & consultancy needs across various sectors and courses include: Projects & Programme Management, IT Service Management, Technical IT & Management Development.
- As Business Development Manager, you will be required to prospect for, and win new accounts
- You will be based in the office initially for the first 6 months, after which there is a hybrid working model of 2 days working from home.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2yrs B2B sales experience in a service-led environment (e.g. Recruitment / Media Sales etc).
- You do not need training / education sector experience but if you do, this is ideal.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience in Account Management or New Business with Existing Accounts (50/50split).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Active Listening - consultative approach.
Salary & Benefits:
£40,000pa to £45,000pa dependent on experience
