Sector: Media & Advertising

Salary: £35,000 + £40,000 OTE uncapped

Location: Office based - 5 days pw in the Canary Wharf office

Experience Required: 12+ months phone-based new business development experience

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and driving interest in the agency's media services.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers to unlock long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborating with the media team to craft tailored strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Taking ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 12 months of phone-based new business development experience (preferably within media, advertising, or a similar sector).
  • A proactive and confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Passion for media, digital marketing, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven attitude.
