Business Development Executive – B2B Sales London

Are you currently in a B2B sales role or recruitment consultant position and considering your options? If so we want to hear from you.

  • Client acquisition – bringing on new clients by selling the BMS Performance proposition
  • Client development – securing long term partnerships with our client base
  • Cross-selling technical, marketing and graduate recruitment services
  • Developing relationships with key decision makers within existing clients
  • Negotiating fees and terms of business with new and existing clients
  • Providing market knowledge to clients on the job and candidate market eg. Salary expectations etc.

To be considered for the Business Development Executive role you must have:

  • Recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • B2B sales experience is essential (1 years + ideally)

The package for Business Development Executive:

  • £28,000 – £30,000 basic
  • Uncapped bonus scheme – realistic in first year £10,000 OTE
