Location: Dublin | Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: €60,000-€80,000

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Coordinator to join a main contractor on a major Dublin project, taking ownership of MEP coordination from pre‑construction through to handover.

  • Coordinate all phases of MEP services delivery
  • Involved across pre‑construction, planning, construction, testing, commissioning and verification
  • Manage design information, technical submittals and programme alignment
  • Coordinate between the design team and specialist subcontractors
  • Chair MEP coordination meetings and track progress on site
  • Monitor installations to ensure compliance with specifications and approvals
  • Report on MEP progress and issues to the wider project team
  • Ensure all MEP works meet health & safety and quality standards

The Person

The role is open to candidates from a range of suitable technical backgrounds.

  • Relevant third‑level or professional qualification
  • Typically 3-5 years' experience in an MEP / Building Services coordination role
  • Backgrounds may include MEP Coordinator, Building Services Engineer, Project Engineer, or Site Engineer with strong MEP exposure
  • Confident working with BIM models and technical documentation
  • Strong communication, organisation and time‑management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
