Branch Manager / Office Manager - HVAC & Renewable Solutions
Location: North Dublin (Office-Based, Monday-Friday 9-5)
Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 + 10% Bonus | Pension | Mobile | Laptop

THE COMPANY:
Our client is a well-established supplier of HVAC and renewable heating solutions, with a strong presence across the Irish construction market. Their portfolio includes heat pumps, chillers, commercial HVAC systems and energy-efficient solutions, working on large residential developments and commercial projects nationwide.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Branch Manager / Office Manager to lead their North Dublin operation.
THE ROLE:
This is a hands-on management role, overseeing a team of internal sales and support staff while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.
You will be responsible for driving performance, managing workflows and ensuring high levels of customer service, supporting both customers and field-based teams working on major projects across Ireland.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and leading a team of internal sales professionals
* Overseeing quotations, order processing and customer support functions
* Driving team performance against sales and service KPIs
* Coordinating with external sales teams and project stakeholders
* Ensuring efficient handling of large-scale project orders and timelines
* Maintaining high standards of customer service across all interactions
* Supporting business growth through strong leadership and organisation
This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, with no remote or hybrid option.
THE PERSON:
Management experience is essential for this role - candidates without it will not be considered.
We are ideally looking for:
* Experience managing teams within the HVAC, building services or construction sectors
* OR a strong branch management background (e.g. builders merchants, distribution, trade counter environments)
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
* Strong organisational and operational management skills
* Commercial awareness and experience supporting large projects
* A professional, structured and hands-on approach
Experience within HVAC or renewable solutions is highly desirable, but strong management experience within a related sector will also be considered.

* Base Salary: €60,000 - €65,000
