Our client is an established building controls specialist delivering BMS service, maintenance, and small works projects across the UK. Despite continued growth, they have maintained a close-knit, family-run culture with a strong reputation for staff retention and customer service.

The business works across a wide range of commercial environments including hospitals, schools, offices, and leisure centres. With ongoing expansion across the North, they are now looking to appoint an experienced BMS Service Engineer to support projects across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and surrounding areas.

Role Overview: BMS Service Engineer

This is a varied field-based role focused on servicing and maintaining Trend and Tridium BMS systems. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, remedial repairs, and small upgrades across commercial sites.

The role would suit an experienced BMS Engineer looking to join a supportive and flexible business with clear opportunities to progress into projects, commissioning, or sales in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out PPM visits across commercial customer sites

· Attend reactive breakdowns and fault-finding call-outs

· Complete small remedial repairs and upgrade works

· Work on HVAC and building controls systems

· Support energy audits and system performance improvements

· Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Key Requirements:

· Strong BMS service engineering experience

· Good knowledge of either Trend or Tridium systems

· Experience working within commercial building environments

· Customer-focused with strong communication skills

· Friendly, approachable, and professional manner

· Full UK driving licence

Package:

· Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

· Company vehicle or car allowance available
