THE JOB:
First point of contact for all customers - B2B and B2C
  • Liaising with nurses, medical engineers and estates managers in hospitals
  • Around 80% of your time will be email based
    • Coordinating medical equipment deliveries and replenishment
    • Queries, quotations price requests, parts and maintenance
    • Faults and usage issues
    • Excel usage daily, pivot tables etc
